Lovely Calendar

The calendar is very well illustrated, and its layout is well designed. I'm looking forward to using it. It's clear a lot of thought was put into each month. However, I'm a little disappointed with the packaging for the calendar, as there are clear bends and and a large dent in the centre that is clearly seen on every page. While I'm aware some damage in transport cannot be prevented, the mailer itself offered very little protection, so I think some of the damage could have been prevented by using something a little thicker.

I am so sorry about this. I will send you out a new one. I don't usually have this issue and so I am happy to send out a couple of replacement calendars rather than add extra packaging to each order as in line with my eco-concious way of operating my small business. :) Thank you so much about your kind words and I am so glad you like it.

Lindsay Marshalls fish illustrations

A photograph, no matter how good, will always be only of that particular specimen. A drawing will be an interpretation and seeks to capture the essential essence of the species. In that respect, Lindsay's illustrations are stunning examples of the rare skill someone has to render the subtle nuances and perfectly catches the gestalt of each species beautifully. As an ichthyologist I find her paintings to be both visually and scientifically pleasing.

Absolutely phenomenal
