I provide illustration services for a range of scientific projects. I have produced:

• figures and diagrams for scientific publications
• illustrations for major guide book projects
• book covers
• identification manuals
• logos

I also paint a lot of 'presents' for natural history enthusiasts, twitchers, and keen fishermen! 

Original Paintings of Sharks and Rays

Unfortunately, most of my original shark, stingray, and Rays of the World paintings are the property of the Chondrichthyan Tree of Life Project and are not for individual sale. However, if you have a favourite shark or stingray, you can still commission me to paint an original for you. Just click here.

Easy Fish Commission

For those who like things simple, I have created a product for buying an original fish painting. Here you can just pick between two main types (a fish or a crustacean) and pay for it straight up. Then I will paint you that species in either size A4 or A3 in my standard format (acrylic paint on lovely watercolour paper). Easy peasy. Click here.

It is a good idea to read the Commissioning Guidelines written by Illustrators Australia, if you have never comissioned an illustration before. It gives a lot of great information about the process and some things you may need to think about before approaching an illustrator. :)
