Noosa Open 2024 Workshop- Painting Stingay Patterns in Watercolours and Acrylics

Join Dr. Lindsay Marshall at her studio in Peregian Beach for an exclusive workshop on painting stingray patterns using watercolour and acrylic paints. This hands-on session is designed for artists and enthusiasts alike and offers a unique opportunity to learn about the beauty and diversity of stingray patterns directly from a world-renowned natural history artist and expert in marine biology.
During this workshop, you'll work with pre-drawn templates and explore the use of masking fluid to create intricate patterns that capture the essence of these majestic marine creatures. All materials will be provided, ensuring you have everything you need to create your own unique artwork. However, participants are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer.
As a special token, each participant will receive a complimentary stingray fine art print, featuring Dr. Marshall’s own artwork from the acclaimed book, ‘Rays of the World’. This print not only serves as a beautiful memento but also as an inspiration for your artistic journey.
